Owner info

Year Purchased: 1989

About the owner: William and Elaine Gardiner built their post and beam house in 1989. Our prime residence is a Brownstone in Brooklyn, where we are both lawyers.

Why the Owner Chose Montauk, NY, USA:
The beauty and unique landscape Montauk provides made it a perfect get a way from City life. We enjoy fishing and have owned a boat to fish off shore for Tuna and Sharks, and take boat trips to Cuttyhunk, Block Island, and Nantucket. We surf cast for striped bass every weekend between April 15th and December 15th.
